DigiBux Terms & Conditions for Sellers and Delivery Riders

These Terms & Conditions
outline the rights, responsibilities, and guidelines for sellers and delivery
riders using the DigiBux platform.
By signing up and using
DigiBux, you agree to comply with these terms.
If you do not agree, please
discontinue use immediately.
1. Definitions
·
DigiBux – The online
marketplace platform facilitating digital and physical product transactions between
sellers and buyers.
·
Seller – An individual or
business listing digital or physical products for sale through DigiBux.
·
Rider – An individual
registered on the DigiBux Rider App responsible for delivering orders.
·
Buyer/Customer – A
person purchasing products through DigiBux.
·
Delivery Request – An
assigned delivery task through the DigiBux Rider App.
2. Eligibility & Account Registration
For Sellers:
·
You must be at least 18 years old and
legally capable of entering into agreements.
·
You must provide accurate and verifiable
information, including your name, business details, contact details, and
payment information.
·
You are responsible for maintaining your account
login credentials, security, and confidentiality.
·
DigiBux reserves the right to approve,
reject, or suspend seller accounts at its sole discretion.
·
Must comply with DigiBux’s policies and local
laws.
For Riders:
·
Minimum Requirements: You must
be at least 18 years old with a valid government-issued driver’s license and
have a registered vehicle (if applicable).
·
Account Setup:
Riders must provide accurate personal information and vehicle and banking
details.
·
Device & Internet:
Riders must have a smartphone with the DigiBux Rider App installed and an
active internet connection.
·
Background Check:
DigiBux will conduct identity and background verification before approving a
rider’s account.
3. Product Listing, Selling
& Delivery Guidelines
For Sellers:
·
Only legal digital and physical products that
comply with local laws and DigiBux policies can be listed.
·
Sellers must have the legal right to
sell any digital product listed on DigiBux.
·
By listing products, you grant DigiBux a non-exclusive
license to display, promote, and distribute your content on the platform.
·
Product descriptions, images, and pricing must
be accurate, complete, and not misleading.
Prohibited Content: You
must not sell illegal, pirated, or restricted digital content, including but
not limited to:

Copyrighted material without permission
·
Hacking tools, malware, or phishing-related
content
·
Explicit materials, fraudulent goods, and violent
or defamatory content
·
DigiBux reserves the right to remove any
product listings that violate these Terms.
·
DigiBux respects intellectual property
rights and will take action against copyright violations.
For Riders:
·
Timely Deliveries:
Riders must complete deliveries within the estimated time.
·
Package Handling:
Riders must handle products carefully and ensure they reach the customer in
good condition.
·
Professional Conduct:
Riders must maintain professionalism, avoid misconduct, and respect all
customers and merchants.
·
Delivery Confirmation:
Riders must confirm order pickups and drop-offs via the DigiBux Rider App on
every delivery.
·
Compliance with Local Laws:
Riders must adhere to all traffic rules and local regulations when making
deliveries.
·
In case of undelivered items, riders must
follow DigiBux’s protocol.
4. Order Fulfillment &
Customer Support
For Sellers:
·
As a seller, you must ensure instant or
timely delivery of digital products upon successful payment.
·
If a buyer experiences issues with a digital
product, you must provide customer support and resolutions within a
reasonable timeframe.
·
Orders must be fulfilled promptly, and customer
concerns must be addressed promptly.
·
Refunds and order disputes must be handled under
DigiBux's Return Policy.
·
DigiBux may intervene in disputes to facilitate
fair resolutions; the final decision lies with the platform.
Delivery Process for Riders:
·
Accepting Orders:
Riders may accept or decline delivery requests based on availability.
·
Pick-Up & Drop-Off:
Riders must verify order details before pick-up and ensure proper handover to
the customer.
·
Failed Deliveries: If a
delivery cannot be completed, the rider must follow DigiBux’s protocol for
handling undelivered items.
5. Payments & Fees
For Sellers:
· DigiBux charges a commission fee on each successful sale, subject to change with prior notice.
· Sellers will receive payouts via bank transfer or e-wallets, subject to processing times and applicable transaction fees.
· DigiBux is not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party payment providers.

Sellers are responsible for complying with tax
regulations applicable in their jurisdiction.
For Riders:
·
Delivery Fees & Incentives:
Riders earn per completed delivery, with potential bonuses based on
performance.
·
Payouts: Payments are made
weekly or per the DigiBux payment schedule.
·
Deductions: Any
applicable service fees or penalties will be deducted from earnings.
·
Cash-on-Delivery (COD): If
handling COD transactions, riders must promptly remit collected payments to
DigiBux or merchants as instructed.
6. Prohibited Conduct & Activities
·
Sellers and Riders must
not engage in fraud, misrepresentation, unauthorized transactions, or any
activity violating DigiBux policies.
· Violation of this section may result in account suspension or termination.

product details
§ Manipulating
reviews and ratings
§ Conducting
transactions outside the DigiBux platform
§ Using bots, exploits, or automation to gain an unfair advantage
Sellers must not sell restricted content.
For
Riders:
·
Tampering with Orders:
Riders must not alter, open, or consume any delivered items.
·
Fraudulent Activity:
Riders must not engage in fraudulent practices, including fake deliveries or
unauthorized payments.
·
Unprofessional Behavior:
Riders must not harass, threaten, or engage in inappropriate conduct with
buyers or sellers.
·
Unauthorized Vehicle Use:
Riders must only use registered vehicles for deliveries.
7. Safety & Liability
For Sellers:
·
DigiBux only acts as a marketplace
connecting sellers and buyers.
·
DigiBux is not liable for product quality,
functionality, or any damages arising from transactions, but it implements a strict
policy on sellers' accountability to list quality products on the platform.
·
DigiBux does not guarantee continuous,
uninterrupted service due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical
issues.
·
Sellers use DigiBux at their own risk,
and the platform shall not be held responsible for financial losses,
reputational damages, or legal claims.
For Riders:
·
Personal Safety:
Riders must wear appropriate gear, follow traffic laws, and ensure safe driving

Accidents & Incidents:
Riders must immediately report any accidents or issues affecting a delivery to
DigiBux Support.
·
Liability:
DigiBux is not responsible for personal injuries, vehicle damages, or accidents
occurring during deliveries. Riders are responsible for maintaining their own
vehicle insurance.
8. Account Suspension &
Termination
For Sellers:
· DigiBux reserves the right to suspend or terminate seller accounts for fraudulent activities, multiple complaints from buyers, or violations of these Terms & Conditions.

Terminated sellers forfeit any pending
payouts if found in violation of policies.
·
Sellers may request account closure by
contacting DigiBux Support.
For Riders:
·
DigiBux reserves the right to suspend or
terminate riders' accounts for repeated failure to complete deliveries, fraudulent
or illegal activities, multiple complaints from customers or merchants, or violations
of these Terms & Conditions.
·
Terminated riders forfeit any pending
payouts if found in violation of policies.
·
Riders may also choose to deactivate their
account by contacting DigiBux Support.
9. Privacy & Data
Protection
·
DigiBux collects and processes all users’ data
as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
·
Riders' location and personal data are used
solely for delivery operations and platform improvements.
·
All personal information is used solely for
platform operations and improvements.
·
Your data is protected, and DigiBux will not
sell or misuse your information.
10. Updates to These Terms
DigiBux may update these Terms
& Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform, the Seller App,
and the Rider App after updates constitutes acceptance of the latest terms.
