DigiBux Return Policy

At DigiBux, we aim to provide a smooth and secure experience for both buyers and sellers.

Since our platform primarily deals with digital products, our return policy is designed to protect intellectual property while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Please read the following terms carefully.


1. Returns & Refunds for Digital Products

As digital products are intangible and instantly delivered, all sales are final and non-refundable unless one of the following applies:

·         Defective or Corrupted Files – If the downloaded file is incomplete, corrupted, or cannot be accessed, buyers must contact the seller within 7 days of purchase for a replacement or refund.

·         Incorrect Product Received – If a buyer receives a product that does not match the description or preview, they may request a refund or exchange.

·         Unauthorized Purchase – If a purchase was made without authorization or accidentally processed multiple times, the buyer must report it within 48 hours for a possible refund review.

To request a refund, buyers should first contact the seller through the DigiBux platform. If the issue is unresolved, they may escalate the request to DigiBux Support.


2. Returns & Refunds for Physical Products (If Applicable)

For sellers offering physical items related to digital products (e.g., printed books, merchandise, hardware licenses):

·         Return Eligibility – Buyers must check the seller’s return policy before purchasing. The seller may offer returns or exchanges for damaged or incorrect items.

·         Return Shipping – If a return is approved, the buyer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the seller states otherwise.

·         Refund Processing – Refunds for physical items are issued according to the seller’s policy and may take 5-10 business days to reflect in the buyer’s account.


3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

·         Digital products that have been successfully downloaded or accessed.

·         Custom or personalized digital products.

·         Subscription-based or recurring payments after the billing cycle has started.

·         Buyer’s change of mind after purchase.


4. Fraud & Abuse Protection

DigiBux reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or excessive refund requests.

Buyers found violating these policies may have their accounts suspended or restricted.
